The Transportation Safety Administration (TSA) has announced the ban on common lighters will no longer be enforced for carry-on luggage. According to the TSA, every day nationwide more than 22,000 lighters are confiscated at airport security checkpoints. Torch lighters will still be banned from carry-on luggage.
