Mr. and Mrs. Keith Leeseberg announce the birth of their son, Nov. 30, 1976. His paternal grandparents are Mr. and Mrs. Ray Leeseberg of Deltona, Florida and his maternal grandparents are Mr. and Mrs. Edward Lutte of Farley.
John Miller of Platte County R-3 and son of Mr. and Mrs. Jack Miller of Platte City, was among 65 top Missouri high school seniors who were recent guests of the University of Missouri in Columbia as National Merit and National Achievement Scholar semifinalists.
This Saturday, Dec. 18 at 3 p.m. on the Platte County Courthouse lawn, the Christmas festivities sponsored by the Platte City Jaycees and merchants will be held.
