Platte County Commissioners have approved a request for
bids for computer network cabling. The approval of the
agenda item last week allows bids to be accepted for network
cabling on the second floor of the Platte County Administration
Building. When completed, this will conclude the building's
networking.
Commissioners also approved a performance and maintenance
bond for storm sewer improvements to Stonegate, formerly
known as Timberwood Estates.
The performance and maintenance bond is for $147,250.
The work should be completed on the storm sewer improvements
in one year.
An intergovernmental emergency mutual aid agreement with
Riverside was approved by commissioners.
Platte County has entered several agreements with surrounding
communities for emergency assistance. The agreement allows
for two communities to assist one another during times
of need without a fee.
