Interurban Road could benefit from more gravel.
That was the consensus of the Camden Point Board of Aldermen
last Monday, when the board met with roads and street
signs as the main topics of discussion.
The board voted to put another layer of gravel on the
Interurban Road to prevent oil from "bleeding through,"
according to City Clerk Julie Dudley.
The board also decided to look into new stop signs as
well as new street signs for city roads.
Tabled until the August meeting was talk on street annexation.
"We're hoping to get more letters from property
owners before we have any further discussion," Dudley
said.
