back
to Platte County
The "most high profile extradition" in Platte
County history is complete.
James Detmer arrived in Platte County from a Harris County,
Texas jail late Monday evening. He is currently being
held in the Platte County Detention Center on a $500,000
cash only bond.
Detmer, 45, has been charged with second-degree-murder
in the January 10, 2001 death of his 72 year-old father,
Wilber Detmer, who was found dead at his residence in
Platte County.
Detmer was scheduled to appear in court for his arraignment
early this week.
